Will You Marry Me? A Guide for Empowering Women to Pop the Question
These days, you can’t just sit around and do nothing while hopefully waiting for your partner to propose marriage to you. You can get sick of reading about dating and relationship advice on how to get your boyfriend to propose to you. Why not take it to your own hands? After all, if Monica was able to propose to Chandler on the hit TV show Friends, maybe you could do just the same thing.
Women proposing to men is no longer taboo in this day and age, and especially if you’re dying to walk down that aisle, this could be your best weapon against a clueless boyfriend.
Before anything else, a lot of psyching up has to happen. Surround yourself in the company of your feminist female friends, watch movies with pretty but tough heroines, and just get used to the idea of women proposing to men. You can join forums and participate in discussions in online communities to read about experiences of other women who proposed to their men.
Be confident. Take heart, be brave and just do it! There are men who love the idea of feisty women who are self-assured enough to have the balls to propose. Some men may even find this sexy.
Another dating and relationship advice is to make sure that he will say yes when you propose. Do not pop the question just yet when you know you won’t be getting a yes. Make sure that you’re on the same page in your relationship, and that both of you understand that marriage is the next step. If your boyfriend is having a particularly bad day, call off your proposal. Everything should go as special as you planned it to be if you want to get a sweet affirmative from your man.
Whatever happens, prepare for the worst. He appreciates your efforts and your proposal, but maybe he feels it’s not the right time. Don’t break down. If he rejects your proposal, don’t take it to heart. Think: You are exercising your freedom of expression. That’s your objective.
Again, it helps to get all the dating and relationship advice you need before you finally decide to pop the question. Then, it’s all up to you.

How the Giggolo Can Prove Himself Worthy for Marriage
These days, one has to do what he’s got to do in order to put bread on the table. With the unstable economy, individuals are looking for ways to earn additional money, whether through getting more jobs or working online. For those blessed with an amazing body and great entertainment skills, being a gigolo is a good occupation. But when it comes to love, a gigolo might encounter difficulties in proving to the woman he loves that he’s worth marrying. With a job that’s not commonly accepted by society, this may pose as a problem, causing the man to seek man relationship advice.
Just as how you would have doubts of being in a serious relationship with a stripper, a woman may also have serious considerations of being married to a gigolo. First thing you’d have to do to prove yourself worthy of marriage is to show your woman that you are not less of a man just because of your job. Your occupation does not diminish who you are, and it is a totally separate thing that does not affect your ability to love and care for your girlfriend. Get your girlfriend to understand that it’s a job like any other job, and that after such; you’re just like any other regular guy.
And let’s face it – today, most women are looking for financial stability in their future partners. A gigolo makes good money. A good man relationship advice is to show your girlfriend that you can take care of her needs, as well as your future family. You can buy her all the things her heart desires.

giggolo
Next is of course to convince her that you won’t be a gigolo forever. Make her understand that it’s only temporary. Set a specific time frame to show her you’re really serious in quitting your job.
It would also be such a plus for her when she’s going out with a macho stud who is secure with his own manhood. Most women find it exciting to go out with sexually confident men who know how to touch the right buttons and please their women in bed.
Last but perhaps the most important man relationship advice is to always show your girlfriend that you love her truly, and as long as there’s love, nothing should come along your way, not even your occupation.

Growing Old with You – Tips in Reaching Your Golden Anniversary

Staying with another individual and living with him or her for several years can be a challenge. But with love, patience, and understanding, anything is possible. There are stories of couples who remained happy and together until the end of time. But what really is the secret to having a long lasting relationship? Perhaps the best relationship advice can only be acquired from those couples who have withstood the test of time, those who have reached their golden anniversary and are still happily in love.
For Walter and Denyce Dearing, a chance meeting at a bus stop started it all. Walter and Denyce were visiting family friends when they caught each other’s eyes. Walter asked Denyce on a date and went to the pictures in Hull. After three years of courting, the couple finally tied the knot on October 17, 1959 at St. Giles Church in Marfleet.
Afterwards, the couple moved to Bridlington, Denyce’s hometown. There they managed guest houses for about 20 years, first at the Chevin House on Windsor Crescent, and then at the Dulverton on Victoria Road.
Fifty years later, the couple is still together and happily married, celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary.
Denyce, who is now seventy one years old, said that the best relationship advice in a marriage revolved around the concept of give and take. It would be a lie to say that the couple didn’t have any arguments and misunderstandings, according to Denyce, but they treated it as a part of life and always managed to sort through the problems together.
Walter, now aged 74, said that the key to a successful marriage was to never be selfish. With a sense of humor, he also said that they were both too busy running guest houses to argue.
On their golden anniversary, Walter and Denyce are renewing their vows at St. Giles Church. The couple has one son, a daughter, six grandchildren and a great grandchild. With 50 years of marriage under their sleeves, it’s safe to say that the couple holds some of the best relationship advice to maintaining a long term relationship.

Breaking Up is Hard to Do – Breaking Up with a Manic Depressive Partner
January 14, 2010 by Patricia
Breaking up is definitely hard to do, but what’s even worse is when you have to break up with a manic depressive partner who tends to be suicidal. After all, you don’t want to be the reason why your partner decides to end his or her life, but you can’t continue to stay in a relationship that is no longer making you happy. It’s a choice between the devil and the deep blue sea, and sometimes you can’t help but feel helpless. When you find yourself caught in this situation, seeking relationship breakup advice might be the answer to your love troubles.
You can use relationship breakup advice as a suggestion to how you handle your breakup, but in the end, the final say is yours.
Assuming that you already know your partner very well, and you are aware of his or her moods, decide on a day when he or she is in a general mood. Bipolar individuals tend to be depressed one moment, and hyper the next, so make sure you choose the right moment when your partner is not in his or her low or high phase. Perfect timing is critical, as this will help determine how your break up will go.
Once you’ve decided on a particular time, talk with your partner and inform him of your decision to break up. Choose your words carefully as you want to come across serious in your decision to break up, but at the same time you want to soften the blow.
At some point, your partner will speak up and may say things like, “I’m just not good enough for you.” He or she may develop a feeling of worthlessness. Tread carefully, as you don’t want to comfort your partner by saying soothing words that you don’t mean and instead would be used against you.
Make it clear to your partner that this is the end of your relationship. Tie up all loose ends and don’t leave him or her hanging. This will make it easier for your partner to get into the usual swing of things.
But perhaps the best relationship breakup advice you can use is to never feel guilty. Your partner is responsible for how he or she feels, so don’t stay in a relationship only because of guilt. This can only bring further damage.

Love is Blind – Maintaining Your Relationship with a Differently-Abled Partner

It’s true – love works in mysterious ways. When you fall in love, you see only perfection in your partner, and you learn to accept and understand his or her flaws and shortcomings. Because of this, it’s no surprise that many individuals have relationships with differently-abled partners such as the deaf, mute, blind, paralyzed, or crippled. However, along the way, this could be a source of frustration for both partners, causing them to seek relationship advice problems.
Maintaining your relationship with a differently-abled partner may be tough, but it is all too possible and many have succeeded in staying together for several decades. All it takes is understanding, patience, sensitivity, and a lot of love.
One of the relationship advice problems for those with deaf or mute partners is communication. Communication is very important in a relationship and not being able to converse normally can pose as a problem to the relationship. To deal with this, one must make an effort to understand the deaf or mute partner. This can be done by studying SL or sign language.
When your partner does not understand what you’re saying, be patient and repeat it for him or her. Lip reading is not easy, so mouth your words slowly and precisely to your partner if he or she asks you to repeat. Being irritated at your partner will only make him lose his concentration in trying to understand what you have to say.
If you have a crippled partner, one of the things to keep in mind is to always see him or her as a whole, as a perfectly able individual. Boost his or her self-esteem by planning out fun activities as dates. If you’re living together, make adjustments in your place to make it easier for your partner to move around. Be sensitive to your partner’s needs; know when he or she needs your help or prefers to do it by themselves.
Many are seeking for relationship advice problems for those in a relationship with differently-abled partners. If you have a paralyzed partner, make therapy a bonding experience. If your boyfriend or husband has been involved in an accident causing him to be impotent, show him that it does not make him any less of a man. There are many ways to enjoy each other’s company without having sexual intercourse. Together, you can also map out your partner’s road to recovery.
